(Junior) Qualitative Researcher (Customer Experience)

Your tasks & duties
- plan and conduct qualitative research (mainly IDIs) to deliver findings and insights about customers’ experiences, their motivations and needs throughout the entire customer journey,
- run usability tests for digital touchpoints to improve user experience,
- support the design team to help conceptualize and create customer-centric solutions across the entire product lifecycle,
- cooperate closely with agile, cross-functional teams (mainly researchers, service designers, business consultants, UX designers).
Main requirements
- 1+ year of qualitative research experience (online, offline)
- Fluent in German, good command of English
- Knowledge of different research methodologies
- Familiar with the concept of CX/ UX/ EX
Nice to have
- Psychology, Sociology or related academic background
- Experience in quantitative research or/ and analytics
