Joining Hycom as a Project Manager you will have full product development and lifecycle responsibility based on our unique ways of working. Moreover, you will have a real impact on project delivery practices across the company by implementing improvements as a project leader.

On your daily work you will cooperate with very experienced and highly qualified specialists from different areas of expertise, like CX consultants, UX/ UI designers and business analysts or software developers, working together towards building outstanding digital solutions.

We recruit fully remotely in two stages:

at the beginning, we will invite you to an online meeting with Piotr and Krzysztof.
the final step is an open discussion with one of our team's expert about challenges and opportunities for a Project Manager role.

Your tasks & duties

leading our digital solution delivery process for clients from Energy & Utilities, Telco and Manufacturing & Consumer Goods industries,
working directly with our clients and delivering a positive experience at any stage of cooperation,
supporting project teams, fostering good change in delivery, communication and teamwork,
collaborating within Hycom’s Agile Community.

Main requirements

a real passion for business and technology, with experience working on IT projects,
at least 3 years of experience in an Agile software development environment,
have a hands-on experience with leading project management methodologies,
have highly collaborative approach (team player),
have a higher education degree,
have excellent communication skills in English (C1).
