Agile Project Manager





Joining Hycom as a Project Manager you will have full product development and lifecycle responsibility based on our unique ways of working. Moreover, you will have a real impact on project delivery practices across the company by implementing improvements as a project leader.

On your daily work you will cooperate with very experienced and highly qualified specialists from different areas of expertise, like CX consultants, UX/ UI designers and business analysts or software developers, working together towards building outstanding digital solutions.

We recruit fully remotely in two stages:

  • at the beginning, we will invite you to an online meeting with Piotr and Krzysztof.
  • the final step is an open discussion with one of our team's expert about challenges and opportunities for a Project Manager role.

Your tasks & duties

  • leading our digital solution delivery process for clients from Energy & Utilities, Telco and Manufacturing & Consumer Goods industries,
  • working directly with our clients and delivering a positive experience at any stage of cooperation,
  • supporting project teams, fostering good change in delivery, communication and teamwork,
  • collaborating within Hycom’s Agile Community.

Main requirements

  • a real passion for business and technology, with experience working on IT projects,
  • at least 3 years of experience in an Agile software development environment,
  • have a hands-on experience with leading project management methodologies,
  • have highly collaborative approach (team player),
  • have a higher education degree,
  • have excellent communication skills in English (C1).
