Office Administration Specialist


If you are well-organized, have great social skills, and enjoy supporting others. What is more if you think, as we do, that the front desk is the heart of the office, then you are probably the person we are looking for!

We recruit in 2 steps: 

  • 1st step is a meeting with Marta – office coordinator, and Agnieszka – HR lead 
  • and 2nd step is a meeting with Joanna – team manager.  

Your tasks & duties

  • office reception service - welcoming guests, managing internal and external correspondence, including invoices, meeting organization, etc., 
  • supporting employees in all office-related activities,  
  • supporting HR team in administrative tasks (i.e. arranging recruitment meetings, administrating our internal learning system), 
  • taking care of the efficient and pleasant functioning of the office. 

Main requirements

  • proven experience in a similar position, at least 2 years, 
  • excellent communication skills and being a real team player, 
  • openness to observe and improve the office’s way of work,   
  • perfect work organization, 
  • great knowledge of the MS Office, 
  • fluent English, German will be an asset, 
  • driving license cat. B.
