Quantitative Researcher - Customer & Employee Experience Consultant





We are looking for a new person to join our Consulting Team in the field of Customer Experience and Employee Experience. This person would help us to better understand people’s needs, habits and motivations and support our clients to create better experiences for their employees or customers.

We recruit fully remotely in 3 stages:

  • at the beginning, we will invite you to an online meeting with your prospect manager Anna Woźniak and recruitment leader - Agnieszka Fijarczyk,
  • the next step will be a practical task (that we will tell you more about at the meeting) with a brief presentation of this task,
  • in the end, you would meet with our consulting director and can meet with the rest of our research team, as the teamwork is essential for us.

Your tasks & duties

  • design surveys for Customer and/or Employee Research to meet client’s needs,
  • analyze data from research, reports, and other sources,
  • conduct statistical analysis - from moderate to complex, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression,
  • transform research findings into recommendations for actions and improve Customer and Employee Experience,
  • create reports or dashboards, and train people to use them.

Main requirements

  • previous 2+ experience as quantitative researcher, eg. as insights specialist, HR professional, CX Consultant whose main competence was being data-driven,
  • experience in designing e2e quantitative research,
  • experience in analyzing Voice of Employees or Voice of Customers based on different data,
  • fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Psychology, Sociology or Statistics academic background,
  • fluent German.
