We are the team of 8 Digital Design experts who, together with the Customer Experience Consulting team, design digital solutions for the largest European companies.

Due to a new project that has appeared on our horizon, we are looking for a new person to join our team. It is possible to work fully remotely from any place in Poland - however, we would like to meet in person once or twice a month in Łódź, where one of our offices is located.

We recruit fully remotely in three stages:

  1. An online meeting with Mariusz - UX team manager, and Kamil - design leader.
  2. A practical task (we will tell you more about it at the meeting).
  3. A final interview with Lucyna- Head of Consulting, and Mariusz and Kamil again. During this meeting we will focus on the presentation of the task you have completed.

Your tasks & duties

  • prototyping - you will have a huge impact on the final shape of the projects,
  • creating a structure of usability tests and testing - we work in the UCD approach,
  • cooperating closely with people, including IT delivery teams,
  • running workshops with the client – we are experts and fans of the Design Thinking Metodology.

Main requirements

  • at least 4 years of experience in a similar position,
  • experience in independent project management,
  • experience in organizing a team’s work,
  • good communication skills,
  • fluent German,
  • professional working English,
  • Polish will be an asset,
  • willingness to business travel in DACH region,
  • working in CET timezone (+/- 1 hour).
