    • Product catalog synchronization improvement – through an optimized PIM (Product Information Management) integration, synchronization time was reduced from 35 hours to just 2 hours, with a future target of 1 hour. This optimization significantly lowered data transfer from 5GB to 3GB, resulting in cost savings and increased operational efficiency.

    The ticketing system in Jira was restructured, reducing the average number of active tickets from 35 to 19. This change was supported by Hycom’s “Way of Work” framework, which streamlined team operations and improved efficiency across sprints.

    Hycom introduced a Content Editor role, allowing faster and more accurate content updates. This position enabled Dormer Pramet to respond rapidly to market changes and content needs, fostering agility in content handling.

    By implementing refined processes for translation, proofreading, and content lifecycle management, Hycom improved the overall content workflow. This change minimized bottlenecks and increased Dormer Pramet’s ability to update content in real-time.
