    In the case of participating in online events, due to their nature, you may voluntarily use cameras on and ask questions live - in the above situation we may process data such as your image and voice. If the event is recorded such information will be available during registration to the event. You should be aware that recording the event may result in fixing the image and voice on the recording.


    For what purposes do we process your data?

    Your data can be processed for the purposes of:

    • sale of goods and services offered by us - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of an agreement,

    • consideration of complaints, investigating and defending possible claims - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest,

    • marketing of our own goods and services - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest or your consent,

    • sending commercial information by electronic means and by phone - only in the case of your consent - the legal basis is consent to the personal data processing of data subject,

    • to carry out activities related to the organization of online events - only if you provide personal data by registration form - the legal basis is our legitimate interest - building the image of our company.

    In case you wish to undertake communication through our form available on the website/participate in an online event organized by us/receive marketing information from us, providing data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the above-mentioned activities.

    In the case of the sale of products and provision of services offered by us, the processing of data is necessary for the performance of the contract.

    If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only on receiving your consent and then, only for the purpose(s) for which grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.

    Retention of your data

    • for the period necessary to perform the agreement and for the period and to the extent required by the applicable law or to secure any claims, if the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or defense against claims,

    • in the case of the consent to process personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information or marketing of our own goods and services - until it is withdrawn or the purpose for which the consent was given ceases to exist,

    • in the case of organizing online events, we will keep your data for no longer than one month from the date of the event, and in the case of recording online events, your personal data will be processed for no longer than one year from the date of the event.

    We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights or defending claims. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.


    Sharing of your data with third parties

    The Company may share your personal data with other entities such as authorized third-party vendors and service providers that help us with specialized services, among others, the hosting provider, accounting or legal service, payment operators, as well as other entities with whom we cooperate.

    Personal data may be made available to authorized bodies in situations where required by law - based on a request from an authorized body or court.
