Easy and clear mobile subscriptions


Collaboration and imagination drive the innovation that meets our client’s needs
Is there any interface as simple and intuitive as a cash-machine? We don’t think so. That is why we decided to develop a product that would offer the same quick and easy functionality. With this in mind, we created a prototype which we tested then via extensive user interviews and A/B testing. What was the result? A simple and outstanding interface enabling users to quickly navigate the complex offer of a mobile telecom brand.

Our association with Orange also enabled us to adopt a uniquely effective and creative approach to improve user experience. We leveraged our expertise to create a new design system for Nju mobile, change their purchase process and redesign their portal. We also created “Hymate”, a conversational user interface to sell phones with a contract. Nju mobile is the first Polish telecom to provide this type of interaction.
