Decreasing customer margin in Energy and Utility business.

The round table discussion for Executives.
Thursday October 13th, 2022, from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm

Pressure on margin forces energy suppliers to rebuild or reassemble their business

The margin potential in commodity sales is limited for energy suppliers even harder than before. The reason: Most of the end customer electricity price (approx. 78%) is caused by taxes, surcharges and grid fees and cannot be influenced directly. Electricity procurement costs as well as trading and sales overheads of the energy supplier further shrink the remaining profit margin of the electricity distributor.

In the center of our round table event is to discuss how energy and utility companies can keep and increase their profitability in difficult times by using efficient and cost-effective methods in digital and customer service.

  • How to optimize the operating costs

  • How to deal with increased enquiryvolume due to higher electricity and gas prices in the service center

  • How to establish advanced features & new modules in your existing self-service solution to properly address customer requests

DATE & TIME: Thursday 13 of October 2022 from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm
